Asking about a school licence?

Tell us roughly how many teachers, and whether it is one department or the whole school. That is genuinely all I need to help you set it up.

Something broken?

It helps if you can include:

  • What you were doing when it went wrong
  • The class code, if it was about a check
  • Whether you were on a laptop or a phone
